• Violate any laws, third party rights or our policies as found in our User Agreement or Privacy Policy
• Register or post ads on this site if you are unable to form legally binding contracts, are under 18 years of age, or are temporarily or permanently banned from this site.
• List items in an inappropriate category (i.e. a Vehicle in the Real Estate category)
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information)
• Post any obscene, indecent, or offensive language in ads or communications associated with KingSell.com
• Post information, which is defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful.
• Transfer your account to another party without our written consent
• Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm KingSell.com, or the interests or property of KingSell.com users
• Circumvent or alter our pricing structure, our billing process, or fees owed KingSell.com
• Copy, modify, or distribute content from this site and KingSell.com’s copyrights and trademarks
• Interfere with another user’s listings
• Collect or otherwise obtain information about users, including email addresses, without their express consent.

Important things to Remember:

• Objectionable Material: Your ad may be deleted, and your account frozen, if the ad is found to contain objectionable material.  Objectionable material could be classified as vulgar, profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent and offensive.  If your ad contains words that match this description, our system will place the ad in a holding area awaiting review by KingSell.com administrators.  If your ad contains images that match this description as reported by another user you will be banned from KingSell.com.
• KingSell.com is not responsible or liable for the exchange of money for an item.  This transaction is the sole responsibility of the seller and the buyer
• As the SELLER, you are not obligated to sell your item if you did not receive an adequate offer
• As the BUYER, you are not obligated to purchase the item if you find the seller has misled you regarding the item.
• Both SELLER and BUYER should honor agreements that are made in good faith and within mutually acceptable conditions.
